The source repository is published under the MIT License. Self-hosted use is governed by that licence; operating, securing, backing up and updating a self-hosted deployment remains the operator’s responsibility.
Pilot: availability, support, data processing, fees, cancellation and service levels for hosted use must be set in a separate customer agreement. This draft does not promise uninterrupted service, a response time or a production recovery objective.
